About The Position

This is an in-house position based out of our NYC Office (remote allowed until at least April 2021). The responsibilities may differ by title, but ultimately you’ll be doing some version of the same thing: developing and executing performance-based Shopping campaigns (across Google & Bing), and setting up, optimizing, and maintaining shopping feeds.

As a Sr. Strategist You:

Θ Will set the standard for agency-wide best practices across all aspects of feeds and shopping.

Θ Handle shopping on-boarding, feed set up, and optimization for new clients.

Θ Should be very comfortable speaking to clients, devising strategy, and handling most aspects of account/client ownership.  We’ll help train you on any aspects that need a little work—perfection is not expected or required.

Θ Will likely be fully managing and be the sole “owner” of at least one client within the first two months, depending on business needs.  That means you’ll be responsible for planning the overall strategy, and setting the pace and cadence of client communication.  You’ll have support and guidance from a manager to show you how we like to do things.

Θ Able to discuss advanced concepts in a clear and concise manner to a wide range of audience comprehension levels.  Communication and presentation skills at this level must be pretty well developed.

Θ Will learn what it takes to manage a multi-channel account.

Position Requirements

Qualifications & Experience (Mandatory Requirements)

Θ Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills (there is a reason this is the first bullet—it is our most important qualification).

Θ 2+ years of experience of day to day management of Google Shopping.

Θ Expert level knowledge of Google Merchant Center.

Θ Intermediate to advanced experience in a feed management platform (e.g. Feedonomics, DataFeedWatch, etc.).

Θ Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and formulas to help drive efficiently for day-to-day tasks. Pivot tables, Vlookups, SUMIFS, are your jam.

Qualifications & Experience (Pluses but not required)

Θ Hands on experience managing paid search campaigns.

Θ Experience creating new internal company processes to improve workflows.

Θ Experience building or supervising the build of scripts or automations.
