About The Position
This is an in-house position based out of our NYC Office (remote during COVID). The responsibilities may differ by title, but ultimately you’ll be doing some version of the same thing: developing and executing performance-based Search Engine Optimization, and delivering best in class service to our clients, and being an all around great team member.
The Role & Expectations
Examples include: SEO best practices, tag writing, content strategy, etc.
Θ Support Sr. Strategist, Managers, and Account Leads on some of our larger accounts.
Θ Have the opportunity to fully manage or co-manage a wide range of SEO accounts.
Θ Discuss strategy and insights on client calls and during in-person meetings.
Θ Develop, communicate and execute strategy, set up meeting agendas, build customized reporting, optimize, and be an ally to our clients.
Θ Become an Excel boss. You’ll feel like Mozart in his prime while your fingers dance across hotkeys and formulas without a single touch of the mouse.
Qualifications & Experience (Mandatory Requirements)
Θ Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills (there is a reason this is the first bullet—it is our most important qualification).
Θ 6-12 months of experience in hands-on, day to day management of SEO accounts.
Θ Analytical thinker- always asking the “why” and not afraid to speak up.
Θ Moderate to strong Excel skills.
Qualifications & Experience (Pluses but not required)
Θ Experience in technical SEO.
Θ Experience in Shopify, WordPress, or Magento.
Θ Experience creating new internal company processes to improve workflows.
Θ Experience managing tasks between different departments.
