Let’s jump in, here are our 5 favorite SEO tools within Raven Tools:
The SEO reporting tool is one of our favorite features in Raven Tools. The SEO reporting tools allow you as an SEO analyst or SEO agency, to import all of your client’s info and generate reports with the metrics you’d like to report on.
Raven Tools integrates with many different platforms and software, so it is extremely easy to include everything from Google Analytics to Call Rail data in your reports. We use Raven Tools specifically to support our weekly check-ins with clients by providing them an updated SEO report filled with vital information like organic traffic metrics and keyword rankings.
The Raven Tools Site Auditor is second to none. We like the site auditor feature as the insights are very in-depth but the tool itself is easy to use and also integrates with the reporting feature.
We like to run site audits at the beginning of our SEO campaigns to capture and benchmark the issues we started with, and also allows us to prioritize our next steps. We highly recommend pairing the site auditor with the SEO reporting tool to benchmark your sites.
The keyword tracking tool built into Raven Tools is a great way to integrate keyword rankings into your SEO reports. Simply add all the keywords you’d like to track to the tool, then add the SERP Tracker module to your reports to add keyword tracking into your SEO reports.
We find the position reporting, Raven Tools uses Authority Labs, is quite accurate and very similar to ahrefs keyword reporting.
The backlink explorer which uses Majestic SEO for analysis is a great tool to view inbound links. Although we’ve found it isn’t as quick to pick up links as ahrefs is, the tool is a great add-on to your SEO reports.
Every week we run the backlink explorer for our clients and track all inbound links in our SEO reports. This allows us to report on any new press and track the impact on our client’s Domain Rating.
The keyword research tool is a great feature within Raven Tools. Although it is not as good as ahrefs or Moz, in my opinion, the keyword research tool does provide insight into the search volume, trends, Google ads volumes, as well as the competitiveness of a particular keyword.
To Sum It All Up
Raven Tools is packed with many great SEO tools from the SEO reporting tool to the site auditor or keyword tracker. We highly recommend checking out Raven Tools if your agency is looking for an SEO reporting solution!
