Co-founderOwen moved from the competitive world of professional poker to digital marketing. Poker’s skillset of analytics, psychology, and calculated risk were a huge help in the transition. Outside of work, Owen loves to travel and has been to 35+ countries.
Sam Sherman
Co-founderSam’s journey in digital marketing began in 2012 after he ran a self-branded paid search ad that subsequently landed him a job at one of the top digital marketing agencies in the US. As Socium Media’s
co-founder, Sam oversees the agency’s strategic direction to ensure clients receive the highest level of service. He works closely with the entire team to develop the award-winning campaigns that clients have come to expect.

Vice President of Paid MediaMatt has been in the digital marketing space for 6+ years and has managed accounts across multiple verticals. He is detail oriented and loves getting in the weeds. Legend has it, he never touches his mouse when using Excel and loves a good SUMIFS formula.

Associate DirectorCheryl has 6+ years of experience managing a diverse range of paid search, shopping, social and programmatic from B2C to B2B accounts. She’s passionate about hitting performance goals through data analysis, optimizations, and strategy. When she’s not driving business growth, Cheryl indulges in her passion for cooking, traveling, skiing, and going on walks, bike rides, or a round of golf.

DirectorFrancesca lives in Florida and has 9+ years of experience across digital marketing, sales and PR. With a passion for uncovering data trends and consumer insights, it’s no surprise Google Trends is her favorite bookmark. Outside of work she enjoys binging on fantasy books, any and all beach activities and cooking Peruvian food.

Sr. StrategistJustin’s advertising career began in the print ad space, where he worked with notable clients such as Cartier & Mars. After discovering a passion for managing search & shopping campaigns, Justin transitioned to Paid Search, where he currently enjoys partnering with various B2C brands. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time outdoors with friends & family.

ManagerNina has 4+ years of experience in Paid Search across a variety of industries. She loves the creative aspect of ad copy development and the analytical aspect of optimizations. Outside of work, you can find her catching up on her latest book club read or hanging out with her dog, Tater Tot.

DirectorDuring Peter’s 7+ years of Paid Search experience, he’s helped clients across many different verticals reach goals and scale their business. In addition to working agency-side, his experience includes a brief stint on the brand side, helping grow a large travel business. You can catch him playing video games, driving his Mustang, or on the golf course outside work.

Sr. StrategistMadeline’s digital marketing experience includes starting a social media business amidst the 2020 pandemic. Although she’s worked in all areas of marketing, she gravitated to paid social because of the ability to track tangible results while maintaining a creative aspect. You can find her creating a new health-conscious recipe, attempting a new yoga pose or soaking up the NYC sun any chance she gets.
