About The Position
This is an in-house position based out of our NYC Office. The responsibilities may differ by title, but ultimately you’ll be doing some version of the same thing: developing and executing performance-based paid media, and delivering best in class service to our clients, and being an all around great team member.
As an Account Lead You:
Θ Are the end boss for SEM strategy. Not only are you an expert, but you’re pushing channel boundaries and staying up to date on the latest betas, tactics, and developments.
Θ Will be managing our biggest accounts, mostly with team support, but sometimes solo. You’ll still need to get in the weeds from time to time, updating ad copy, writing insights, and handling negatives.
Θ Are seen as an office channel expert and will be expected to help troubleshoot scenarios from team members.
Θ Will help set up office trainings for current staff and new hires.
Θ Will assist in the sales process. This means running account audits, presenting, and pitching the findings (if you’d like).
Θ Paid Social training and hands-on experience within your first month on the job. With a strong search background, you’ll quickly learn how the channels relate to one another and soon be able to put together a holistic multi-channel budget and strategy
Qualifications & Experience (Mandatory Requirements)
Θ Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills (there is a reason this is the first bullet—it is our most important qualification).
Θ 4-6 years’ experience in a day to day management of paid media accounts.
Θ Strong experience running Paid Search campaigns with Google Ads.
Θ A natural leader. Experience managing and mentoring team members.
Θ Analytical thinker- always asking the “why” and not afraid to speak up.
Θ Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and formulas to help drive efficiently for day-to-day tasks. Pivot tables, Vlookups, SUMIFS, are your jam.
Qualifications & Experience (Pluses but not required)
Θ Experience running Paid Social campaigns within Facebook, LinkedIn, and/or Pinterest.
Θ Understanding of product feeds and the important components that go into each for Google/Bing Shopping.
Θ Experience creating new internal company processes to improve workflows.
Θ Experience building or supervising the build of scripts or automations.
