Growing Into 2022: Socium Updates

2021 was one for the books! We broke several company records, went on our first team retreat, donated to over 50 charities, and unlocked even more appreciation for our team as our overall client accounts and managed ad spend continued to soar.

We’re excited to welcome 2022 with that same energy! Here are three updates we’re bringing into the new year.

1. Our team is movin’ on up. Every career here offers an abundance of growth opportunities if you’re willing to put in the work, and we’re grateful to have a hardworking team that does just that. It’s an honor to share that during January and February, 10 members of our team will be promoted to the next level of their careers at Socium Media!

2. Our growth spurt continues. On this day last year, we had a team of 14. Today, we’re at 34, and with the help of our brand new talent acquisition manager, this number is projected to grow even more in 2022. Our current open roles span several departments: marketing, paid media, and shopping & feeds.

3. New department, who dis? We’re actively hiring new members to join our team, promoting existing members within our team… What more could we add, you ask? We’re excited to share that we’ve added two new departments to Socium Media; talent acquisition (recruiting) and a creative department (launching towards the end of Q1). These two departments will help us meet our client needs and expectations while simultaneously ensuring our team’s work-life balance is maintained.
