What made you choose this career path?
The blend of analytical skills and the ever-evolving landscape of paid search made this an exciting and fulfilling career choice for me!
What has your time at Socium taught you about the marketing/advertising industry?
I’ve enjoyed expanding into different verticals I haven’t been exposed to before. One key aspect I’ve learned more about at Socium has been the proactive adoption of smart bidding strategies to align with my clients’ specific KPIs. This has allowed me to tailor my paid search strategy to yield better results for my clients.
What made Socium stand out when you were looking for your next adventure?
The opportunity to collaborate with such a large paid search team (and expand into the e-commerce space).

What’s your favorite job perk that Socium offers?
What did you do before coming to Socium?
I come from a sales background, having worked with the Miami Dolphins and a real estate broker when I moved back to Chicago. From there, I realized I wanted to pivot and expand into the marketing side of my degree, so I began networking and secured a position at a boutique media agency in Chicago. I joined the team as a paid search coordinator, embraced the nuances of paid search, and eventually advanced as the agency’s paid search and performance marketing manager. Most of my clients were in the travel, tourism, and healthcare verticals.
Have you always wanted to work in the marketing/advertising industry? Why or why not?
Hmmm, yes and no. The dynamic relationship of sales and marketing has always intrigued me, but it wasn’t until I entered the workforce that I figured out where in the industry I wanted to focus.
What’s a memorable campaign you’ve worked on for a client?
Initiating paid search campaigns for a virtual lactation consultant and, as a result, helping mothers nourish their babies.
What client of Socium’s do you think everybody should know about?
What piece of advice would you offer fellow digital marketers?
Continuously learn, inquire, and stay updated on the latest trends.
What do you do outside of work?
Outside work, I enjoy spending time with my fiance and dog, Kobe, and teaching yoga sculpt at Corepower Yoga.
What’s something on your bucket list?
Climb Mount Kilimanjaro.
If you could travel anywhere right now, where would you go?
South Africa (going there on my honeymoon!!).
If you could tell yourself one thing, what would it be?
Give yourself grace and be kind to yourself!
